Practicing architect since 2010 when I finished my profile studies at the "Ion Mincu" Architecture and Urbanism University in Bucharest.

• familiar with various project types such as individual and collective housing, retail, restaurant, museum facilities, religious buildings

• comfortable doing project management 

• analysis of malfunctions in existing buildings

• ability to get a project through all the phases (from concept to construction and onsite management, with everything in between)

• client service - assistance in outlining the project demands

• subcontracting and contract tracking

• managing a team of architects

• coordinating all other specialties 

• on-site management during construction - troubleshooting regarding architectural details for the construction work 

• managing a feedback loop between the construction site and everybody involved
